Inmobiliario del Lago (GIL) has been serving Lake
Chapala area real estate buyers and sellers for 12
years, and currently represents 20 Broker offices
and 137 Realtor Associates.
GIL organizes training and examinations for all new
agents before they can become members of the association
and provides continuing education courses.
All Broker offices are expected to be aware of current
events that effect the real estate market, including
changes in tax laws, immigration rules and regulations,
tax exemptions and liabilities, capital gains taxes
and laws that effect the legal status of properties.
Additionally, GIL works closely with local authorities
to assist with future planning, zoning and development
of the shores of Lake Chapala. |
